Google for Startups Accelerator South Africa Program 2026 for growth-stage technology startups.

Google is opening a South African edition of its accelerator, aimed at growth-stage technology companies, meaning those that already have a product in market and users.

The format is hybrid and runs around three months. As with the continental programme, no equity is taken: the contribution is technical, with Google engineers and product specialists working on each team's specific difficulties, plus infrastructure credits.

The programme is restricted to companies based in South Africa. Startups from other countries on the continent should target the pan-African programme. Applications close 28 August 2026.
