MTN-WWF Africa PachiPanda Challenge 2026 for youth-led SMEs (5,000 USD prize)
The PachiPanda Challenge is a joint initiative of the operator MTN and the World Wide Fund for Nature. It recognises youth-led African small and medium businesses whose activity contributes to protecting the environment.
The prize is $5,000. The amount is deliberately reachable: the challenge looks for real, modest businesses in waste management, sustainable agriculture, circular economy or clean energy, rather than large-scale projects already funded elsewhere.
The visibility offered by the two partner organisations often outweighs the prize value. Applications are open until 28 August 2026.
