UNDP Africa Timbuktoo Launchpad Program 2026 for GreenTech Startups.
Timbuktoo is the pan-African innovation initiative of the United Nations Development Programme, built on an ambition to mobilise a billion dollars across the continent. The Launchpad is its entry point for green technology startups.
The programme identifies and prepares early-stage companies working on clean energy, climate adaptation, resource management or the circular economy. Support focuses on structuring and investment readiness, the aim being to make these companies fundable by Timbuktoo's investment vehicles.
Backing by UNDP also opens institutional doors that are hard to reach otherwise, particularly with ministries and national agencies.
